If you think that your boyfriend or husband has stopped masturbating because you already have a very active and very satisfying sex life, then you couldn’t be more wrong. Are you interested to discover the facts about male masturbation since you feel uncomfortable asking about them from your partner? Well, read on and find out what he’s been keeping from you.

1. Most men masturbate. Yes, even men who are in healthy, monogamous relationships masturbate. It doesn’t mean though that he’s not satisfied with you in bed. For all you know, he could be thinking about the hot times he’s been having with you every time he masturbates.

2. Men have different masturbatory techniques. Some men prefer short and jerky hand movements. Others prefer long and steady strokes.

3. There’s more to masturbation than stroking the shaft. Believe it or not, some men find it more pleasurable to insert their fingers in their ass when they masturbate. When they do indulge in finger play, they are aiming for their prostate, which, when properly stimulated, can lead to more satisfying orgasms. This is the reason for the increasing popularity of sex toys for men such as dildos.

4. Some men also prefer to use lubricants when masturbating. Using a lubricant adds to the sensation during masturbation. Using lubricants allows their hands to glide freely as they stroke their penises.

5. Men can have the urge to masturbate at any time and at any place. They do it in restrooms, their office cubicles, and other places where they can be alone or can’t be seen.

Many people say that there are two reasons women can have multiple orgasms.

The first is a scientific reason. The clitoris is key to women having multiple orgasms. The clitoris is actually very similar to the penis. When aroused, the clitoris gets engorged with blood. When a woman reaches an orgasm, the clitoris becomes hypersensitive, much like the penis. However, unlike the penis, blood does not get trapped in the clitoral shaft. This allows us women to remain sexually aroused even after an orgasm. We do not experience a refractory period when any sexual touch is too much. If we are touched and sexually stimulated correctly, we can quickly climax again and experience another orgasm in no time. There really is no specified number to the orgasms a woman can have during a sexual encounter. Again, the key is focusing on the clitoris. This tip is also especially helpful when using a sex toy such as a vibrator. Since the clitoris is one key for you to reach a climax, stimulating this body part with an adult toy can help pave the way for an orgasm.

The logical reason, on the other hand, is that women are just so damn lucky and blessed. And why not? Who doesn’t want to experience reaching climax several times in one night?

According to a 2001 survey by Durex, American couples living together have sex about 146 times per year. At roughly 52 weeks in a year, that statistic translates to having sex for two to three times a week.

Of course, it is not really healthy to compare yourself with others. When it comes to sex, there are no black and white areas. It really is a very subjective topic. No one should be judged on how and when they have sex.

So how would you know if often is too often. Just consider how you feel. If you still feel sore with each sexual interval, you may not be giving your body enough time to rest. You also use muscles when having sex and these may experience some tearing because of it. They need to recover. Likewise, if you feel as if you’re losing excitement when it comes to playing sex games, maybe you’re just having too much of it. Remember, too much of any thing is bad for you.

Many men have made the mistake of jumping right in, totally forgetting foreplay. The kind of reaction that they get from us women is usually less than enthusiastic. Little to zero foreplay is like stepping on the gas of your car, when you’ve just turned on the engine. It’s just too much too soon.

Just think of foreplay as a way of heating things up. Being women, we often feel that there has to be something more besides the sexual act itself. Oftentimes, we need to be wooed. We need a kiss or two, and a teasing touch first before we get down to business. Creativity in the bedroom can also help heat things up. As a matter of fact, some women respond positively to adult games or the use of sex toys during foreplay.

If you get foreplay right, then you will definitely know that you did. An amazing foreplay can lead to a mind-blowing climax. This is because a thoroughly lubricated woman will find the sexual act more pleasurable. You will react more positively and travel up the road toward orgasm with your partner.

A huge factor of the pleasure derived from sex is the intensity of the orgasm. However, due to several reasons, there are still a lot of us women who do not always experience an orgasm when we have sex. This is not alarming if these cases are few and far between. However, if the lack of sexual orgasm happens often, it could result in some problems in the emotional and sexual aspect of the relationship.

The problem of not reaching climax during sex gets even complicated because there is a significant portion of us women who tend to fake our orgasms. The main reason for doing this is to please our partners. At first, it might appear that it is good for the relationship, since your boyfriend or husband feels that everything’s all right in the sexual intimacy department. But later on, you might get frustrated if you have to fake it every time you have sex.

If you do fake having an orgasm, you must help your partner determine the factors that will let you become satisfied in bed. You have to remember that sex is not just a physical act. It is also an emotional bond wherein you and your partner need open communication through words and body language. If you think using adult props such as pussy pumps or oral sex toys can help you reach the climax during lovemaking, then by all means suggest it to your partner.

The big O has been harped about many times over in mainstream media and on the Internet. However, the sad fact is that not all of us women have gone there, and not all of us actually know how it feels to have orgasm. While it is easy to look to our sex partners for blame, that’s not always true. As empowered women, we are also responsible for our orgasms.

Just what is an orgasm and what does it feel like? Well, an orgasm is defined as the peak of a sexual response cycle. And physically, it feels like so — a climax or a culmination of the sexual act. This is when you experience involuntary or autonomic contractions in your pelvic area, around the sexual organs and the anus. And additionally, you may feel a full-body “release” that’s not just concentrated on the sex organs. You can even have an orgasm while using sex toys for women.

Each woman experiences different levels of orgasms. Some of us may feel only minor orgasms throughout our sex lives. Others can go through orgasmic heights, and they feel powerful surges in their climax. Some women even say that using cheap sex toys has helped them achieve multiple orgasms.
